14U Player Letter of Intent (Red)

Congratulations!

Your son has been selected to play on the 2023 14u Yorkville Fury Travel Baseball team.  You should be very proud of this accomplishment! 

Please complete the following commitment letter and provide a deposit to secure your spot today.  The non-refundable deposit is needed by September 15th, 2022, and checks are made payable to “YAA, NFP”.  We do not accept cash.

Your spot is not locked until you have completed the commitment letter and deposit.  Please provide a check as soon as possible so that we can finalize the roster.

The Yorkville Fury organization is very excited to have your son as part of our family and look forward to having a great season!

Congratulations on making the 2023 Yorkville Fury 14u Baseball Team.  You should be very proud of this accomplishment.  You have a tremendous opportunity to develop your baseball skills and compete against some very talented teams.  Each time you step on the field for a game or practice, you are representing yourself, your family, the Fury organization, and the city of Yorkville.

I agree to accept my invitation to play for the Yorkville Fury 14u Baseball.  I will abide by the rules established by YAA, NFP, follow the Player Code of Conduct, and try to the best of my abilities at all times.  In addition, I will play solely for Fury Travel Team throughout the 2023 season.   I realize that failure to follow these requirements could result in suspension from the Fury and loss of playing privileges.

My acknowledgment and non-refundable $300 deposit (to be made by Sept 15th, 2022), which will be applied to my $1,200 (for 8th graders) or $1,000 (for high schoolers) fee further demonstrates my commitment and reserves my spot on the 2023 Fury 14u Team. 

The remaining fee balance can then be paid in installments per the details below.  Make checks payable to YAA, NFP.
